Gentlemen,
When you find yourself with a large red tail and in need of support, by all means RUN to the nearest Pig. However, if you really want your closest Pig friend to clean your six, running straight at him until you basically HO each other is not the optimum tactic. Think about it from his point of view - all he gets is a quick snapshot on the bogey(s) before you pass by. By the time he can reverse and help again, it may be too late.
The best chance for success would be for you to manuver to allow your friendly neighborhood Pig to saddle up on the pesky bogies on your six.
If you find yourself in this situation, I would suggest the following (assuming co-alt or near co-alt):
1. RUN straight for your Pig Helper.
2. When you get 1-1.5 from your Pig Helper (or closer depending on your closure speed and how tight the bogey is hanging on your six), break 45 deg away from him.
3. With the bogey firmly attached to your six, this will allow a bit of separation to allow your Pig Helper to saddle up on the bogey's six, and give you a greater chance of success of getting it back to the Pigpen unstained.
Thank you for your consideration. Feel free to comment and suggest other improvements.
Have a Nice Day,
Cheese

This is correct although I would recommend a gradual turn as opposed to a hard turn. This keeps your E up and allows you to rollback on the enemy to clear your buddy who just cleared you. Done right it is a never ending cascade of swine dropping onto the red guys sixes.
A side note is that this also applies to when you are dragging to a friendly Wirbelwind. Never fly straight at the Wirbel as you are blocking their shot on the con. A gradual turn in the range of 20-25 degrees is enough separation for most to start putting cannon onto the front of their plane. And then WHAMMO!!!The nicest guy in Aces High!

It is also a situational issue, try your best to coordinate what you two are going to do to get the chasing con(s) into a guns solution. Sometimes the chased can afford to keep the target in a straight line and not turn with them, other times all the chased can do is out turn the opponent.
Good point to bring up though Cheese, it takes both the hunter and hunted to work together for the con to get quickly neutralized.-Babalon

Good point way! Never thought about doing the same thing with my Pig Helper in a Wirbel!
Bab - yes working together is the key! I just want to put it out there to not get excited, keep cool, and remember to set up the con on your six for your fellow Pigs."It's not easy to be Cheesy!"
