XO Promotions....
At this time I'd like to Promote Jolly to one of my XO's as he's shown initiative, coordination, and most importantly - an intrest in becoming an XO.
I would still like to promote a second and possibly a third XO officer. I posted a while back asking for volunteers and I forget which thread it is. I'll have to dig through and look for them.
