I found a post on the forums that talked about how to bug out of a situation where you have multiple enemies on you at once.

He has a film you can watch:

I can't stress enough how much SA goes hand in hand with this. I could probably fill a page with just the SA observatoins/though processes going on in the first minute. Just as an example though, in the first seconds of the film, I am actually looking off to my 2 o'clock trying to judge the timing on when the FW 3500 yards away will come within firing range, so that I have an idea when and where to maneuver to not provide a good target (on the blind).

Yes, the synopsis is I got into a 5 on 1 (not counting the typh) and worked it so I could bug out. Once I got them all in the same hemosphere...cya! Any 3v1 or greater, co-E or worse, that you can walk away from is a win in my book. Total film was 48 mins with 9 kills landed for the sortie.

You can read the full post here (http://forums.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=215578).

Nothing in this game made me a better pilot than learning to read the situation. SA is the key to survival in this game. I've gotten into many fights where it was 2 or more vs. me and with a little luck I was able to kill one or 2 and bug out. Last night MoDo and I got into a great 2 vs. 3. I was under him and low on E. He came flying over me in a Spixteen and had 3 bogies trailing him. I told him to dive past me on the right and drag them down. A p38 and a typhy took the bait and followed him down. We were able to then shoot them both down and make it home. Good cooms, good teamwork, and good Sa made for us making it home alive with a few victories apiece total.

I know this was original posted awhile back ago but I just know noticed. I agree with everything mentioned. Good SA is key thing in any type of fights. There is three times of flying; Offensive, Defensive, and unassing the arena. I've gotten into several vs me at once using my speed. Usually once they are starting to get little bit more alt then me or co-alt, I use my speed again to get out of there. 8 out of 10 times it works.
