Not trying to sound cocky but score shows I do work while in the MA, MA fighting is about knowing the E of all the planes in a fight and having good situational awareness. If you ask me sometime Ill take you on a flight and show you the best way to aviod pickers, proper BnZ tactics, how to use Yo Yos effectively, spiral climbs, and reverses for when your in the deep stuff with more then 1 plane. I promise I use all these on almost every flight and I think I can explain them in a way that would make sense.:salute:
I will hit ya up on that for sure.I need to improve in all of those areas.:salute: When we are done i will show you how to vulch a runway.j/k:D

You know ... the thing I hate about riding along with someone is that you can't see people firing. It's great to watch someone fly, but you can learn a lot by watching how a good pilot leads his enemy ... but alas, no luck.
That said, I'll probably take you up on this offer to. I really need help with the BnZ type planes and flying styles. I'm a turner.

Actually Junky this is a great idea for a thread you started brother man. You have a lot to offer in certain plane types, as do some other Pigs in other planes/vehicles. Take Pigpen for instance...he flies the Zero of death like a madman. Or myself, I could give ride alongs in the Wirbel. We really should do this!:)

If you want to see me die, ride along with me. A ride along in my plane guarantees my death, it seems. <G>

your score sucks
He did type somewhere that he is going to play for score in the month of March. Assuming he is doing all flying under the name Cassidy, he has the following stats
Kills per Death + 1 2.32
Kills per Sortie 1.70
Kills per Hour of Flight 8.60
Kills Hit Percentage 6.28
Believe it or not, these stats are well above the MA mean. Does this qualify him to be instructing others? Well, I'll let you guys decide. It's nice to have someone who is willing to help, provided they are not giving bad/incorrect instruction.
This is why I never offer my services as a teacher. I do not presume to be qualified to hang out a shingle as an instructor. I think it's for others to decide if I can help them; to declare if I'm "good". While I'm not afriad to whine about getting HO'd, I'd be uncomfortable tooting my own horn. I'm a bit squeamish over the whole "I own you" mentality. I've even had discussions about this with a couple of my beloved squad members.
I almost never turn down a ride along request however and I have people ride along with me all the time. We typically discuss what I'm doing and why. I try to avoid telling people what is the "right" way to fly. I just show them how I do it. Through them I've learned that I fly the pony differently than most guys who fly it. I hope I show them that the pony is more than just a one trick ride. *shrug*

I agree 100% Steve, But sometimes all it takes to "instruct" is to be willing to organize training. My "stats" suck, but I think I can hold my own. Thus I feel I do have knowledge I can pass along to my fellow piggies, as you too have knoweldge that can be passed on. Noone can learn from flying with/against 1 person, the best is to take bits from many "teachers" and formulate your own "style" IMO...
Just my opinion of course :)

Uhh dude, all I said was that your stats are above average. As for scorewhoring, you are the one who said you were going to be doing such.

I think the misunderstanding is that, the "score whoring" was from a while ago, while the stats being talked about are newer/current.
